Following The Light Down: A Mini-Retreat for Wellness Business Owners
Gather with other wellness business owners (all genders welcome!) for a guided meditation, journaling and reflection, peer support, and intention setting for the season ahead. As the days grow darker, this circle's theme invites you to follow the light down.
We'll circle around the wood stove at The Pond House, a tranquil pond-side retreat in Gray, Maine, surrounded by mini-meadow trails and situated 30 minutes north of Portland. Settle in with a cup of tea and leave the outside world at the door.
Business owners in the wellness world are often constantly in a position of being the “light” for others. This two-hour sanctuary gives you permission to stop pushing, step out of high-output mode, and follow your own internal light into a season of depth, integration, and rest.
Together we'll ground through a guided meditation, sink into journaling, and connect in small peer breakouts to align spiritual energy with practical business boundaries. You'll set clear seasonal intentions, gather collective wisdom, and leave with a sense of how to honor your capacity through the darker months ahead without burning out your inner hearth.
We'll close in an unhurried space for connection and organic peer support. During this time you're also invited to drop into Office Hours with our hosts:
Avi's Office Hours: Web design, branding, photography, strategy, operations, and creative questions.
Emily's Office Hours: Building a therapy practice, walk-and-talk therapy, or therapy circles.
What to Bring
A journal, a pen, and a yoga mat or cushion to make a nest on the floor as we gather around the wood stove. We'll provide tea.
