Just like our bodies respond to the season, our businesses have their own rhythms too. Summer is the time to dream big, build momentum, and bring your next vision into focus. Sometimes the best way to access that expansive energy is to get outside, get moving, and get a fresh perspective from people who get it.
The Gathering: Join us for an afternoon centered around dreaming forward. We'll gather at Gilsland Farm Audubon Center in Falmouth for:
A grounding meditation visualization to identify your next area of expansion and call in abundance and momentum
Peer coaching while we walk to brainstorm, build energy, and gain fresh perspectives on your next big move
A closing ritual to plant seeds of intention and integrate the energy and insights from our time together

Led by: Avi Fox, Reiki Master / Founder of Wellness Business Owners & Avi Fox Creative
Where: Gilsland Farm Audubon Center, Falmouth, ME — just 10 minutes outside of downtown Portland on the coast. We will meet in the parking lot area near the trailhead.
When: Wednesday, June 17 @ 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Cost: $10 - $30 sliding scale
Bring: Comfortable walking shoes and water.
WEATHER: If we end up getting rain, the event will still take place and will relocate to the Pond House in Gray, Maine.
